Temperance

Temperance: meaning

Moderation seeks a combination that can last. Integrating two rhythms need not erase their differences: testing proportions, noticing the response and adjusting the process is more useful than pursuing a motionless balance.

History and inspiration

Tarot began with fifteenth-century Italian card games, whose figures and suits later inspired new forms of reading. Museum collections preserve its early history. Tarot Egipcio de Esperanza brings that visual language into a contemporary illustration you can explore card by card.
